Check-In

Please feel free to arrive anytime after 3:00pm on the date of your arrival.  Your cabin door will be preprogrammed with the last four digits of the phone number that you make the reservation with, so you are able to arrive and leave as you please!  No need to check in with anyone when you arrive on the property.

Check-Out

We will be sad to see you go! Please be sure to double (and triple) check your cabin to make sure you have all personal belongings.  Also, be sure to follow our check our procedures that are posted here and in the cabin as well!

Turn south on Hwy 385 toward Hot Springs, SD.  Travel approximately 2 miles and the property will be on the right side of the road.  There are two entrances, one right at the front of the property or by the cabins.  Both give you access to all locations on the property.  If you reach Nelson's Oil & Gas - you have gone too far!

Cabin Access

Keypad on the door.
The keypad on the cabin door will be enabled with the last four digits of the phone number that you made your reservation with.  The doors will be programmed and ready for you to access anytime after 3pm on the day of your check-in.
Parking:
Please park in front of the cabin that you have reserved!  

Check-Out Procedures

Before you leave, we ask that you please…
  • Leave bedding on all beds.
  • Place all used towels in the laundry basket provided outside of the bathroom door.
  • Wash all used dishes.  It is fine to leave any morning dishes in the strainer in the sink to dry.
  • Clean out the coffee pot and remove any coffee grounds.
  • Take all trash to the dumpster that is located on the edge of the property (map with location provided in cabins).
  • Check that you have all personal belongings.
  • Turn off all lights.
